Vestiaire Collective is looking for a hardworking and reliable HR administrative assistant to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team!

If you are passionate about HR operations and you would like to give your contribution in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you. Your job will be to provide support to the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks.

What you'll do

• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding/off-boarding
• Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
• Support work permit requirements for expatriate staff with Paris HR Admin team
• Maintain personnel records in accordance with VC record retention and documentation requirements
• Answer employees' questions and provide requested information
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Serve as the main "go-to" person for a rapidly growing team and help out wherever necessary.

Who you are

• Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for 2 or 3 years min, a former experience in an international environment is a real plus
• BS in human resources or similar relevant field
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS) is a plus
• Familiarity with labor laws
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Act as a reliable and supportive team member
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Ability to navigate in multicultural space
• Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive demands & inquiries.
