Sales Planner Global eCommerce (m/f/d)

Digital Retail is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's eCommerce activities. We ensure that hugoboss.com is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products. You are interested in long-term planning of sales development for the global eCommerce business? To strengthen our continuously growing department we are looking for a Sales Planner Global eCommerce (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Annual planning of sales, rebates and returns of all centrally operated online platforms
• Long-term planning of sales development for the global eCommerce business
• Continuous optimization of annual strategic plan
• Creation of strategic plans for logistics with relevant key figures for optimized capacity planning
• Target planning of relevant key figures for events, e.g. Black Friday
• Collaboration with Performance Marketing and Controlling to maximize profitability
• Communication and alignment of the sales plan with global markets and external partners
• Coordination of targets with top management
• Reporting of plan / actual development
• Analysis to steer the eCommerce business and to build the strategy
• Further development of planning processes to ensure growth and maintain competitiveness
• Close cooperation with other internal interfaces, especially merchandise planning
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, (business-) mathematics, (business-) computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in planning or analytics, ideally in eCommerce business
• High affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking
• Quick perception and flexible thinking to react to the dynamic business
• Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working, as well as good time management
• Decision-making and assertiveness
• Enjoy working in a highly motivated team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Preferably knowledge of Python / R or comparable statistical software
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English, good command in German is a benefit
