Junior CSR Advisor

We are looking for a Junior CSR Advisor (m/f) for our CSR department. Working out of the head office in Hilversum the Junior CSR Advisor will support the implementation of the CSR strategy and work in close cooperation with CSR Manager, suppliers and the buying teams to improve sustainability performance.

You will support the team with these daily tasks:

• Support the development and execution of the CSR Strategy both on an analytical and practical level

• Responsible for managing the external social compliance audit process (including factory auditing, remediations and analyzing audit results)

• Direct support to the buying department in regards to supplier performance and onboarding

• Support mapping the supply chain and manage incoming data

• Analyze supply chain data

• Responsible for delivering internal training and an awareness program

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Sustainable Development or similar with first experience in form of internship or about 1-2 years of work experience in similar role

• Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability in the textile supply chain or related industry or related sustainability experience

• Analytical skills, hands-on mentality and results oriented

• Fluent in English and mastering Dutch is a pre but not mandatory
