Be a part of our Team! We are looking for a Communications Assistant - 10 Months Fixed Term to join us in our Sydney Office. If you have a heart for luxury jewellery and passionate in communications, we welcome you to apply now!

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Coordinating with the media agency and creative agency to brief, approve and submit artwork in line with artwork deadlines.
  • Press office coordination including liaising with members of the media, facilitating product loans, dressing requests, sample management and presence at photo shootings when required.
  • Provide event management support including liaising with third party suppliers, development of event material, coordinating budgets, guest lists and overall event execution.
  • Monitoring of invoicing with finance and agency counter parts

  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • Microsoft Office knowledge: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • 1-2 years in a similar role
