We are looking for a driven & enthusiastic Key Account Manager Wholesale (M/W/D)  join our E-commerce wholesale team in Düsseldorf. Someone with a positive mindset by nature, full of ideas and who loves to keep up with the most recent E-com/fashion trends. 

Responsibilities

  • Execution of the e-commerce wholesale strategy for customers like: About You, Amazon, Zalando
  • Leading and guiding a structured selling process towards our strategic e-com accounts
  • Planning, controlling and directing activities of the account to hit all relevant KPI`s
  • Secure deep insights into the business and consumer to sustain and grow your business
  • Proactively address challenges and opportunities to the Sales Director E-commerce
  • Work closely with the marketing department to define and execute against supportive marketing campaigns
  • Initiate and coordinate pre-line meetings in cooperation with our HQ to identify product opportunities
  • Develop and update account plans in close cooperation with the relevant departments
  • Creation of briefings based on the specific requirements of the market (product, price strategy, delivery dates, range plan)
  • Proactive strategic development of the customer structure and new customer acquisition

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar (field) sales position
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce wholesale business is a plus 
  • Positive goal getter mentality
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and self-confident appearance
  • Presentation skills in- and external
  • High motivation, reliability and resilience
  • Fluent language skills in words and writing (German and English)
  • Understanding and affinity of fashion trends and e-commerce developments
