What You Get To Do Every Day
- Provide expertise in Handbag and Ready to Wear categories through a customized and personalized shopping experience based on education of products for all clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and evolving KPIs
- Meet aggressive monthly sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consult with clients in shop regarding fashion trends and their individual needs
- Lead the process of sharing knowledge expertise to elevate the overall shop experience
- Establish strong personal relationships with clients to encourage customer loyalty
- Connect with clients and consignors, understand their needs, and establish and/or maintain a relationship to turn consignors into customers and customers into consignors
- Demonstrate commitment to team collaboration
- Influence and inspire through passion and hospitality
- Maintain a high level of integrity, initiative, motivation and self-direction
What You Bring To The Role
- 2-5 years sales experience working in ready to wear & handbag luxury space in a customer facing role
- Passion for delivering a luxury experience each and every day
- Book of contacts of potential customers to leverage for sales and referrals
- Proven experience with building and maintaining a high volume client book
- Ability to share knowledge and influence behaviors
- A high degree of business acumen, sophistication and the ability to establish trust
- Effective communicator, great attention to detail and customer service
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

We make selling effortless with free virtual appointments, in-home pickup, drop-off and direct shipping. We do all of the work for consignors, including authenticating, using AI and machine learning to determine optimal pricing, photographing and listing their items, as well as handling shipping and customer service. At our 13 retail locations, including our eight shoppable stores, customers can sell, meet with our experts and receive free valuations.
