Job Details

SKIMS is looking for a Manager, CRM to join our team.

 

The Manager, CRM will be responsible for managing all campaigns across email, SMS, Referral, emerging channels, and delivering to the targeted revenue goals for the SKIMS e-commerce business. The right candidate is highly analytical, has deep understanding of digital marketing technology and a master of using data to make decisions, take actions and drive customer lifetime value and loyalty. 

 

Responsibilities

·       Own management, planning and execution of all email, SMS, referral, loyalty and lifecycle marketing campaigns, including daily marketing sends as well as automated triggers.

·       Coordinate with brand marketing and creative for asset development, and report to cross-functional teams on campaign performance as well as suggest data-driven recommendations for future campaigns,

·       Build a highly engaged, personalized experience for customers via dynamic content, audience segmentation, cross channel reach/frequency and automated flows.

·       Design A/B tests for subject lines and copy, templates, creative and targeted segmentation to optimize open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, revenue per send.

·       Collaborate with acquisition marketing to drive subscriber growth on both email and SMS channels.

·       Explore and unlock new channels to reach customer effectively; research and implement 

new technology to constantly improve and innovate customer experience across all touch points.

·       Perform regular analyses related to creative insights, cohort behaviors, reach/frequency and other performance dimensions.

·       Identify opportunities and challenges to improve repeat purchases, order economics and ultimately customers lifetime value.

 

Required Skills

·       3+ years of experience in CRM / retention marketing including but not limited to audience segmentation, automated triggers, personalization, dynamic content, A/B testing, marketing analytics.

·       Solid understanding of email/SMS fundamentals (CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, A/B split testing, etc.) and KPIs

·       Excellent analytical skills and highly proficient with MS Excel or similar tools.

·       Close attention to details and highly organized.

·       Self-motivated and takes initiative; must be able to work independently. 

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

·       An entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to win. This is not a 9-5 job.
