Job Details

The Social and Digital Media Executive will have day to day responsibility for running the social media channels of Sister Jane and Ghospell and execute the digital communication strategy for the company's two brands.
Based at Sister Jane Townhouse in Notting Hill, when not working remotely.

​​​The Role

  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy in order to increase followers and engagement
  • Create and implement the weekly social media plans, identifying relevant UGC and ensuring the latest brand’s collections are effectively communicated
  • Writing copy for the Sister Jane, Ghospell and the Sister Jane Townhouse instagram, in line with the brand’s tone-of-voice
  • Coordinate an organise content for the social and digital media feeds
  • Respond to direct messages and comments
  • Review analytics, creating reports on key metrics
  • Distribute and manage the brands digital content to selected partners making sure brand guidelines are followed
  • Work closely with e-commerce team to create, execute and track social media and affiliate initiatives
  • Support the Communications Manager when required in implementing a global communications strategy for the two brands, working closely with digital marketing and e-com to ensure an integrated approach
  • Oversee the assembling and distribution of global influencer gifting
  • Proactively follow sales and sell-through reports in order to identify new opportunities for further exposure of both brands
  • Build on existing relationships with influencers and digital media outlets
  • Support the Communications Manager in implementing global celebrity placement and influencer marketing, including product gifting for each new collection
  • Responsible for overseeing and actioning comms and gifing sample movements
  • Assist in planning and organising influencer and media event activity

The Candidate

  • 2-4 years experience in social media in a similar role
  • Digital and social media savvy with a strong sense of aesthetic and attention for detail
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • A strong understanding of cultural trends inclusive of fashion, media, music and art
  • Good existing relationships with influencers and digital media outlets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, but small team, across multiple projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • A highly motivated, organised and extremely detail-oriented individual who shows great initiative
  • The ability to be hands on and also strategic
  • Proactive in seeking, identifying and developing new opportunities
  • International outlook and international experience is beneficial
