Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a member of our Marketing team in New York, you will be in charge of Traffic Management for the US. You will work closely with the brand and business local teams, but also with the global Performance Marketing team located in Paris.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing US as part of the US local organization, you will help Vestiaire grow the US market.

What you'll be doing

Performance steering

  • Manage day-to-day performances and ensure alignment with targets with a clear focus on ROI metrics shared and discussed with Global Performance Marketing team in Paris (NB CAC, NM CPNM, budget, Paid logged DAU)
  • Own the performance of paid acquisition channels in the US, even the ones operated by the Global Performance Marketing team located in Paris
  • Innovate by testing new acquisition channels (eg. local display players), new initiatives or using new optimization methodologies


Marketing channels operations

  • SEM Text: manage, optimize and operate paid acquisition campaigns
  • Affiliation: Manage and optimize local affiliates management, incl. partnerships with local platforms
  • SEO: Bridge with the global SEO team
  • Localisation: Own the localization strategy of performance creatives, incentives (eg. welcome offer), audience
  • Promotional activities: Bridge with local merchandising and animation plans


You'll collaborate with:

  • The Global Performance Marketing team to challenge them on channels not managed locally (SEM Shopping, Display, Retargeting, Paid App Install, etc.)
  • The US Branding team on creative briefings, best practice communication and branding strategy
  • The Global SEO team to ensure that traffic is maximised
  • The US Business team to report on day to day performance, participate to planning exercises, and fully integrate the local development strategy


Who you are

  • You have at least 4-6 years experience in Traffic Management, Online Acquisition or Digital Marketing (with an emphasis on SEM) within an innovative company
  • You are a native American speaker
  • You are a Google Adwords passionate (bid strategies hold no secret for you)
  • You know Google Analytics perfectly
  • You're a team player, you're entrepreneurial, you like to get things done
  • Experience in eCommerce is a strong plus!
  • Proficiency with SQL a plus!
  • French language experience is a plus!
