Location: London, UK (Shoreditch Area) or Berlin, DE

Location During COVID: Fully remote until further notice

Role Type: Full-Time

Description:

As a Client Success Specialist, you will provide value in each conversation and set rewardStyle clients up for success by delivering fast, accurate, technical assistance to colleagues and clients (Brands and Influencers). This position is not simply a liaison to other departments, you will be responsible for elevating the client experience by solving technical problems. As a Client Success Specialist, you will provide detailed information about potential technical issues, find work arounds, and help our clients and colleagues understand the rewardStyle platform.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Setting high standards and driving continuous improvement of client success for INTL markets. • Proactively identify and resolve client tracking issues in a timely manner for brands and influencers • Work in partnership with account managers to solve client problems, technical issues or financial issues
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues
  • Provide clear documentation of issues and solutions
  • Write Knowledge Base articles
  • Lead Technical integration and brand onboarding to rewardStyle for INTL markets • Implement communication and monitoring process for INTL brand commission rates • Provide regular reporting and analysis highlighting key trends, client feedback and recommendations for feature requests.
  • Work in partnership with development teams to understand rewardStyle technology

In addition, the Client Success Agent will act as an advocate for the client by viewing the world from their point of view and ensuring we have set the client up for success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in computer science, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years' work experience in SaaS customer support, web design, or advertising agency
  • Experience communicating technical concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experiencing working within tight SLAs
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Display)
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing and affiliate networks
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing system
  • Preferred language skills:
    • Fluent in English
    • French and/or German language would be an advantage
