FIGS is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Department. This person will report to the Senior Growth Strategist. As a key member on our team, you will be responsible for asset management, creative reporting, innovative creative A/B testing, making data-driven campaign optimizations, and conducting cross-channel and cross-platform creative analysis to drive new customer growth. You will be part of a very fast-paced and exciting organization that is recognized for its fresh, innovative and creative branding. The next FIGS Campaign Manager will have hands on the creative elements of our marketing that will be seen across national and international advertising campaigns.

The Campaign Manager will work directly with internal teams within the marketing department, in addition to external agency and vendor partners to identify, analyze, and act on actionable creative and audience insights to drive strategic campaign decisions. This role straddles the line between brand and performance-driven creative and requires a hands on approach to managing and executing marketing campaigns and making creative optimizations across paid media channels such as social, search, display, and native platforms. This role will benefit from someone who is creative, organized, and has the ability to think strategically across channels and recognize wins and proactively roll them out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute daily creative optimizations on paid media campaigns to acquire new FIGS customers at scale
  • Assemble and maintain daily reporting for paid campaigns
  • Create and manage online paid advertising campaigns across social, display, and native from set up to QA, ensuring they are accurate and on schedule
  • Coordinate with growth, retention, creative, and production teams to drive new customer growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
  • Write bi-weekly creative briefs and submit creative and ad copy tickets
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate creative tests and report on results and actionable next steps
  • Analyze data to identify creative trends and roll out wins across campaigns, vendors, and channels
  • Develop an end-to-end process that streamlines communication, campaign creation, approvals, and reporting of campaigns
  • Work closely with designers and project managers to produce a creative process to promote a steady stream of creative testing


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management either in-house or at an advertising or media agency
  • Experienced with paid media channels such as social, display, or native
  • Familiar with basic online marketing concepts and metrics


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ year of DTC eCommerce experience
  • Proficient with Excel and pivot tables and comfortable with large data sets
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
