Founded in London in 2002 by Oyuna Tserendorj, the daughter of a Mongolian herder, OYUNA (the brand) has a fast-growing DTC business, a global network of retailer partners including Harrods, Le Bon Marche and Lane Crawford, as well as a boutique in Notting Hill, London.
 
A unique opportunity has arisen at our flagship boutique for a Boutique Manager who will own the customer experience, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with Oyuna and her team to ensure smooth running operations.
 
Key Accountabilities

Provide impeccable customer service in a luxury boutique
Manage the customer journey and experience
Host customer appointments, both in person and virtually
Build customer relationships and brand loyalty 
Actively sell to walk-in customers, and continually seek new customers 
Manage and monitor store stock and merchandise presentation
Ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times
Monthly reporting on sales against targets and KPI’s

The Successful Candidate

At least 3 years experience as a Retail Associate in a luxury fashion environment
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPI's
Highly motivated and results-driven, with initiative and a positive attitude
Excellent administrative skills, detail-oriented
Very strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic environment
Knowledge of garment design, industry and market trends beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google docs
Excellent time management
Living in close proximity to Golborne Road, Notting Hill
