Reports to: Managing Director, Europe

The Role:

rewardStyle/LTK is seeking an entrepreneurial European Marketing Director ("EMD") that will drive growth at scale through marketing in both new and existing markets. A new role to the organization, the EMD will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing activities that drive market demand, conversion and loyalty across our entire business including influencers, brands and consumers. Accountable for acquisition and retention goals, the EMD will author and execute our regional marketing plan, being both strategic in thinking as well as tactical in execution. Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members is essential to success including other regional operators and the global business functions at the Dallas headquarters (Product, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, etc). This dynamic, high-impact position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic, and project management expertise.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Europe, the EMD manages a team that works closely with the International and European leadership team to drive business growth. If you are keen to join this fast-paced organization and disrupt an industry - come join us!

The primary goals of this position are:
  • Increase brand awareness in key markets, effectively telling the rewardStyle/LTK story to Brands, Influencers and Consumers
  • Generate demand and build pipeline for brand and influencer sales teams
  • Use Marketing programmes to achieve on growth goals and KPIs
  • Develop and execute rewardStyle's marketing playbook for new market entry
  • Drive LTK app downloads and MAU for European region

Responsibilities:
  • Build the strategy for each key European market, that accomplishes short and long term business objectives in collaboration with country leaders
  • Craft and implement initiatives and programmes that achieve country specific objectives and goals, across all three customers (brand, influencer and consumers).
  • Adapt and deploy appropriate global Marketing initiatives (Corporate, LTK, Brand Partnerships and Influencer Growth Platform) to leverage opportunities for INTL as well as develop programmes that drive local metrics.
  • Execute marketing programmes through company CRM and other technologies with harmony across markets and aligned with global headquarters
  • Launch new products into markets and own go-to-market process for the region
  • Stand-up demand generation with lead funnel and nurturing programmes to ensure pipeline for influencer and brand sales teams developing cohesive plans for European-wide execution (could include SEO/Sponsored Google Campaigns, In-house content amplification)
  • Ensure rewardStyle adheres to develop an Integrated Communications Strategy across all content, social, blog. client direct.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with headquarters PR team on local strategy and premium media placement and guide local PR Agency as part of local marketing strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing team to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support optimal performance and development
  • strategic relationships with leaders across the organization and within the regions to drive business needs
  • Continually review changes to the market, influencer / consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 12-15 years end to end experience, directly authoring and managing marketing programmes across multiple European markets. B2B and B2C experience preferred.
  • Data-driven growth marketer/strategist, with demonstrable record in digital, performance marketing and/or CRM/Database Marketing
  • Expertise in marketing planning, execution and problem solving at scale
  • Strength in market analysis/diligence
  • Positive, dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded team player with an internal drive to hit goals and deadlines.
  • Must be very comfortable with shifting opportunities and priorities - you'll have to be the roll-up-your sleeves type with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Drives innovation and backs decisions with data, analytics and testing mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills.
  • Multi-sided marketplace experience (Etsy, Uber, etc.) a preferred; SaaS experience and/or consumer app experience a plus
  • Knowledge and proven experience in content marketing, specifically SEO & blog content development
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Presentations along with MS Excel and PowerPoint
