JOB SUMMARY

The trainer is responsible for the modification, delivery and measurement of training programs focused on sales, product knowledge and brand immersion across Central East China for all Retail locations to boost sales. Together with the training manager, the individual will collaborate closely with Asia training team to both identity needs and develop materials to ensure a consistent brand and customer experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish close relationships within the retail department (stores and office) in order to assess ongoing training needs
  • Delivery of training programs with local adaptation to meet the unique needs of West China markets not limit to new store openings, product knowledge, CRM, selling skills training etc.
  • Measure effectiveness of each training and propose improvements
  • Inspire, motivate, train the field sales force via in-store and digital coaching, especially on areas of selling skills, product knowledge and selling ceremony
  • Manage all logistics of training such as training notice, room set-up, material preparation, training database, reports etc. for all retail needs
  • 60% travel within West China, occasional travel to other cities within China.


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Minimum 3 years of training and development experience in fashion industry
  • Professional communication, presentation and facilitation skills are required
  • Ability to deliver learning experiences effectively across diverse cultures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English
  • Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred
  • University degree
  • Strong Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, video editing skills in a plus
  • Self-motivated, creative and flexible
  • Passion for people and fashion
