A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of PR & Marketing to run Roksanda's PR strategy, lead show preparation, manage events and collaborations, oversee social & digital, while working closely with our Creative Director and our CEO.

PR STRATEGY

  • Support the 360 holistic marketing campaign around key seasonal messaging, product and categories, managing PR and VIP agency on all brand communications, events and special projects, seasonal timeline and commercial objectives.

  • Work closely with the CEO to oversee and manage Global PR and Marketing budget as well as seasonal show budgets, agency fees and PR & Marketing expenses.

  • Regular/Daily blasts of press to internal team and archiving cuttings into organised archive filing system, monthly Press Coverage and PR & Marketing reports.

  • Support of wholesale team with brand books and training packs for agencies and retailers. SAMPLES

  • Oversee seasonal sample trafficking and one sample set globally between wholesale, production, PR agencies and other requirements. Day to day point of contact for agency on all communications and press requests.

  • Oversee upkeep of sample closet in that it is kept organised, clean and tidy. Maintain and manage archiving, ensuring all samples and gifting are presentable and in order.

SHOW

  • Manage the ROKSANDA seasonal show during London Fashion Week including budget management, sponsorship deals, curation of brand collaborations, guestlists, VIP & press attendance with support of the production agency.

  • Oversee all Wholesale, PR and VIP guestlists, managing PR agency and Wholesale team to ensure top tier international attendance at the show.

EVENTS

  • Proactively thinking of ideas and approaching partners for opportunities that create brand story, leading on production and management of all external relationships and parties with involvement, including budget management.

  • Work closely with flagship store Manager to curate a retention and acquisition marketing initiative for the flagship store including client events.

COLLABORATIONS

  • Source, negotiate and manage relevant creative and commercial collaborative partnerships on an ongoing basis, manage ongoing collaborations and act as key point for collaborative efforts, both commercial and brand building

MARKETING

  • Work closely with Wholesale team on retail Marketing initiatives.

  • Support retailers with marketing initiatives and ensuring retailers have relevant seasonal

    content.

  • Oversee wholesale special project timelines with WS team (store windows, pop ups etc)

  • Oversee all retail partner events and point of contact for partners including travel plans and

    diary to ensure maximum brand exposure as a result.

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL

  • Work with Art Director to ensure company website and social media channels are kept up to date and functioning, assist with daily uploads and ensure art director has relevant press materials and priorities for posting.

  • Manage all digital initiatives including overseeing digital newsletter, ensuring social media platforms are kept up to date and in line with seasonal product and buys, keeping communication fresh and relevant.

ART & COMMS

  • Work closely with Art Director on all brand and communications initiatives ensuring imagery and asset deadlines are met.

  • Work with art director and creative director on in store art initiatives including guest products such as ceramics, books and objet d’art.

  • Point of contact for mangaging styling photographer, casting director, retouching and other art agencies.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

  • Responsible for the ROKSANDA vocabulary and all written communication such as brand press releases, brand books and proposals, biographies, website copy, interviews, quotes etc.

  • Nurture and maximise brand relationships with particular focus on retail partners, press, VIP’s an influencers.

  • React to ad-hoc requests and maintain agility in working around Creative Director’s commitments to ensure smooth department workings.
