Director of Brand Marketing

Jones Road Beauty is seeking a full-time Director of Brand Marketing to join the Jones Road team. This role will manage Jones Road's overall brand strategy in collaboration with founder Bobbi Brown. The Director of Brand Marketing will work cross functionally with the Director of Performance Marketing and have 3+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of Jones Road's ongoing brand marketing, including blog, social media, influencer relationships, partnerships, activations, and any other initiatives
• Grow organic brand awareness and develop brand loyalty
• Manage the integrated marketing calendar and ensure that day-to-day marketing initiatives are aligned with the brand identity and objectives
• Use consumer insights and data to evaluate ongoing marketing success
• Secure and manage relationships with external creative and marketing partners, including agencies
• Manage the existing brand marketing team and create a hiring timeline and JDs for future brand marketing hires
• Own the brand marketing budget, in collaboration with the General Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 7-10 years of brand management or brand marketing experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Experience in direct-to-consumer, retail and/or e-commerce preferred
• Proven track record of developing effective integrated marketing programs
• Superb multitasking skills and ability to focus on both details and big picture
• High level of creativity balanced with strategic aptitude
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment
