Creative Producer

Totême is looking for a Creative Producer to join the team in Stockholm. As Creative Producer you will own assigned creative production processes from start to finish, and be responsible for Totême’s ecommerce and wholesale photo productions. You will make sure that all productions are executed on budget, on time, and to the highest quality.

The role

• Responsible for producing recurring ecom and wholesale photo productions in alignment with Creative Production Lead. Ensure that deliveries, timeline, logistics, budget and external partner deliveries and expectations are met
• Responsible for producing assigned social media productions in alignment with Creative Production Lead
• Assist Creative Production Lead in large marketing productions (photo, film, space design, digital/print marketing materials, etc.)
• Responsible for art buying, booking and negotiating fees for talent and creative teams on all assigned productions
• Responsible contact person on set at all assigned productions
• Secure required samples and coordinate transport and shipping
• Responsible for keeping and tracking photo sample collections and keeping sample tracker up to date
• Responsible for booking flights, accommodation, transport, catering, couriers, shipping and sample management. Creating call sheets and distributing to relevant teams in time
• Manage internal asset requests and create clear briefs and timelines for assigned productions
• Set and manage pre-production, production and post-production timelines in collaboration with internal and external teams
• Secure that final deliveries are delivered to brief and on time
• Responsible for ensuring that all logistical and legal needs of each assigned production are met
• Manage the budget for assigned productions, tracking and actualizing costs, in alignment with Creative Production Lead and Marketing Communications Director
• Support the Creative Production Lead in maintaining the photo production calendar 
• Coordinate the production of print assets (packaging, invitations, etc.) with external partners
• Build the database of creative production partners (photographers, modelling agencies, retouchers, set designers, stylists, videographers, etc.)
• Proactively seek out and propose suitable creative talent and production partners for productions
• Take responsibility for constantly improving the production process, both internally and externally – driving evaluation sessions to draw key learnings from a creative, production and budgetary perspective

Your profile

• 3+ years experience of photo production in the fashion industry
• Have a strong network in the creative production industry 
• Ability to optimize flows and efficiency as well as challenge current processes
