About the role

The Director of Canada OMNI Strategy and Operations works directly with the Market Vice President and plays a key leadership role in the coordination, development, communication, and attainment of the market strategy and goals. They are responsible for identifying opportunities across channels that translates to results, owns and manages multiple projects or larger initiatives, and recommends broader, longer term strategies for the market team. They will have oversite to operations of both the site and inventory execution in stores with broad responsibility and aide in the general management of the market. The Director is accountable for the continual success of the OMNI strategy and operations team including articulating vision, measuring and developing talent, and ensuring successful operations of teams. Team oversite will include OMNI Strategy, Site and Allocation.

Who you are

  • 7-10 years relevant work experience with 4 years of supervisory experience, preferable in Allocation, Planning, Supply Chain, Strategy and/or Retail Field
  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience with high proficiency in retail math
