Galvan was established in 2014 by four young women from the worlds of fashion and contemporary art, who saw a need for a new kind of occasion wear – clean, cool, and pared down. This need, which is relevant to so many women today, motivates and inspires us to push the boundaries.

Since launching, GALVAN has expanded into a full RTW offer, including ESCAPE, Separates and most recently, Power Knits – that can be worn throughout all the moments of your day.

Our desire is for GALVAN pieces to make you feel empowered to take on the day, that all important meeting, big birthday, wedding, first date or simply to be a trusted wardrobe hero that you can pull out any time and know, will make you look, and feel, incredible from the inside out. 

• Supporting the Private Clients Manager in all aspects of store operations including stock checking and deliveries
• Driving revenue through clientelling activities with both Galvan existing and personal clients
• Actively working on building relationships with new clients to the business
• Monitoring customer service and Zendesk to effectively manage customer service enquiries and complaints
• Shipping of both store and ecommerce orders and consignments
• Supporting in VM guidelines/changes
• Supporting Private Clients Manager to host in store and off site events and attending events to maximise selling
