Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director CRM, the CRM Development Manager is responsible for driving the CRM strategy, for the European Ralph Lauren Business. The CRM Development Manager, working with the Senior Director, will conceptualize and develop business transformative and innovative CRM projects to drive new customer acquisition and conversion, retention, brand engagement and revenue. Working closely with the SD and partnering with the CRM Manager, the CRM Development Manager will develop engaging, creative and customer centric strategies. The CRM Development Manager will have experience developing and delivering strategy, have a proven technical skillset and expertise in customer segmentation and modelling, automation and journey orchestration. Success in this role will require the ability to operate at a strategic level, while maintaining a strong bias for operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead the development of new CRM initiatives. · Develop customer journeys across the broad media estate (email, SMS, push) partnering with Media and Ecom. · Drive email automation to deliver customer-centric personalised strategies. · Develop & integrate a customer contact strategy in partnership with CRM agency · Work closely with the Revenue and Project vertical teams to integrate new concepts and models into campaigns. · Drive integration and adaptation of advanced model across 3rd part vendors and wider performance marketing channels. · Partnering with the Insight team to utilise data and customer insights to define, test & pilot advanced customer models across CRM channels
* Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across the wider marketing teams and business functions.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Strong proven experience in developing CRM strategies, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment
* Up to date with the latest trends, new technologies and innovations within the CRM landscape
* Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management
* Experience in a CRM management position (brand or agency), with a track record of working on multi-channel strategy.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change, working well under pressure.
* Excellent project management and communication skills including the ability to influence stakeholder
* Analytically minded
* Data and insight driven
* Experience of SFCC/SFMC
