Position Overview
Reporting to Director of Sponsorship (EMEA), the Senior Associate of Sponsorship will be responsible for managing Ralph Lauren's European Sport & Sponsorship marketing activation strategy. Sport is an indelible part of the Ralph Lauren lifestyle, and we are looking for a passionate individual to work with our European sponsorship partners to bring the brand to life for global audiences. An exciting opportunity to shape and maximize impact of high-profile brand sponsorships, delivering optimum ROI.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: End-to-end management of brand sponsorships, from partner contract negotiations to campaign delivery and analysis, the role will involve forensic project management across multiple touchpoints and teams. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of all sponsorship elements. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Working with the full spectrum of global Ralph Lauren teams and external partners, you will be an effective and clear communicator, building strong working relations with all key stakeholders to facilitate efficient ways of working. PLANNING AND EXECUTION: Meticulous planning and critical path management across multiple touch-points for campaign delivery (legal, design, merchandising, sales, marketing, PR, retail, wholesale, brand, media, creative) you will lead collaboration with cross-functional groups to develop strategies and bring them to life. PARTNERSHIP COLLABORATION Work with partners and Ralph Lauren teams for campaign approval and deployment, ensuring cross-channel effectiveness and consistency. INNOVATION Identify big ideas to communicate the brand via partnership opportunities that will guarantee impactful reach. Propose new opportunities to refine or add to the sports sponsorship's portfolio at both an EU and global level. BUDGET AND TRACKING You will manage, track and assess budgets and costs of programs with key stakeholders. You will determine areas of opportunities and allocate resources accordingly, monitoring campaign performances to be able to adapt campaign strategies accordingly. You will capture best practices, lessons learned and opportunities to share with all relevant teams.
