The Company:


A luxury member only LMS Wellness led by a group of physicians, in Chelsea. We are recruiting for
an experienced clinic coordinator with a background in Aesthetics & Wellness (previous working
with doctors and a multidisciplinary team essential). The applicant must be experienced with patients
and providing a luxury service. To be the first point of contact for Health Management Patients and
Clients
The establishment has a unique position within this market, combining luxury wellness with medical
expertise. With a presence in London,
Range of treatment offering: Medical Wellness, Aesthetics
Medical Wellness - from prescription infusions to functional medicine practice including nutrition and
physical therapy.


The Role: Senior Front of House

Remuneration:

  • Full time position
  • 3-month probationary period
  • Discretionary upon experience

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Present oneself professionally and in line with the brand image and company grooming guidelines;
  • Be perceptive of customers’ needs, listening and showing enthusiasm for the product and brand. ensuring a consistent superior customer experience;
  • Build strong relationships with customers and grow a personal base of returning clients;
  • Understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures, VAT procedures (where applicable), Customer Compliance, Till procedures etc.;
  • Responsibility for overseeing the smooth running of the clinic and clinic diary. Ensuring that the space is presented appropriately at all times.
  • Closing up, ensuring end of day banking and PDQ reconciled.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all appointments are confirmed in advance, ensuring that deposits are taken for the bookings;
  • Strive and assist the brand in meeting sales targets;
  • Be aware of the complaints procedure and ensure that FOH have followed protocols.

Ensure all team members are compliant with protocols of FOH and understand duties, including CRM system and payment taking.

Be able to acquire a good knowledge of all treatments performed at the Clinics to as to offer brief description of each 

To provide training and development to FOH and new employees on the operational side of the business.

  • Be aware of visual merchandising guidelines and assist to re-position displays when required;
  • Assist the clinical team and maintain the stockroom at all times, ensuring it is kept in an orderly manner and all products are correctly priced.
  • Carry out any additional duties supporting the by the management team, this will include ensuring that all finances are correctly recorded and inputted into the system. Working closely with the Clinical Manager to clarify all financial queries related to clients’ payments.
  • Stock control; Ensure that all stock is up to date in the clinic and that the clinic is receiving the best possible deals from our suppliers and updating this on the CRM. Stock control, count and accountability.
  • Play a crucial part in client journey, getting to know the clients, remembering them and ensuring they are welcome and well looked after during their visit.
  • Ensure the clinic is in line with CQC policies and procedures
  • Uphold the company culture and bring to life its core values

 

Qualifications and Skills

Personal Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar role – luxury brand
  • Passionate about the brand and delivering unforgettable customer service and a seamless customer experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – perceptive to customer needs;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Be well presented, confident, punctual, reliable, intuitive - adhere to luxury standard - well groomed
  • Highly organized and accurate, honest and reliable;
  • Be a strong Communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills excellent organisational skills
