Job Details

The Ecommerce Assistant will own the end-to-end e-commerce processes of the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the shop and its orders, as well as working with the Social Media Lead to ensure the smooth running of the brand's marketing activities. This is an ideal role for an individual with proven experience in e-commerce, SEO and general marketing to play a pivotal role in the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic personality who will own their role in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial atmosphere. 

Ecommerce

- Prepare and post all products for website: including imagery editing and copy writing 
- Prepare and post all content - written and visual - for all pages on the website
- Perform regular site walks to identify mistakes and/or issues
- Check all content and products on a regular basis to ensure it is working 
- Assist in the testing and development of the website 
- Prepare shot list, collate samples and organise ecom photoshoots

Digital Marketing

- Together with Social Media Lead, create the promotional calendar and prepare content/edits/promotions to support the calendar for the website
- Use digital marketing tools, such as Hot Jar, Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc to optimise and improve the website 
- Create, test, improve pop-ups on the website using Justuno
- Create, test, improve newsletter practices using Klaviyo
- Ensure website activity is aligned with all other marketing channels
 

SEO 

- SEO Keyword research using SEO tools 
- Tracking and monitoring search terms
- Incorporating keywords based on the keyword research 

Order Processing

- Manage orders from creation to shipping
- Manage packing of the orders
- Manage shipments to ensure orders are delivered in a timely fashion
- Deliver high levels of customer service through all our platforms

Essential

- Bachelor's degree in fashion, business or a similar field
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient knowledge of social media channels and how they work
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly

Desirable

- Proficient in Shopify
- Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics or a similar programme advantageous
- Knowledge of Google Suite – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
