Stella McCartney Supply Chain and Logistic Department is a team of enthusiastic people, driven from a unique and fantastic project: from production to sales, we are building the future supply chain and logistics network of the Company!

We are looking for an Outbound Transport admin. role who will report directly to Transport Manager, in Novara (Italy).

Your Mission

    • Prepare and control all transport docs for export
    • Hauliers booking
    • Transport Costs monitor and validation


Your Talent

    • Knowledge of Import/Export Customs Regulation
    • Attitude to work on different tech systems, curious to understand processes and data
    • Office (xls mastership)
    • Fluent english
    • Proactivity
    • Team working


Systems & essentials

    • at least 2 years experienced in the same role, better in fashion industry or logistic providers/freight forwarders
    • High School Diploma or Engineering or economics degree (bachelor or master degree)
    • Export transport specs knowledge: documents needs, customs and duties


    • As a PLUS, basic knowledge of :

    • ERP knowledge (Infor, Stealth),
    • Transportation Management System (TMS)
    • BI Tools
