ECOMMERCE AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

GRAY MATTERS is looking for an analytical yet creative individual who is passionate about fashion ecommerce, design, art and architecture. The Ecommerce and Marketing Associate will implement the brand online experience ensuring content and storytelling is timely, relevant and engaging across all digital touchpoints.
The Ecommerce Associate will support new product launches, leveraging product insights and overall sales information to make strategic product and content decisions that generate results.
Maintain and manage e-commerce calendar uploading products visuals, copy and marketing content ensuring a seamless ecommerce experience.
Oversee still life and editorial seasonal photoshoots for web and social content.
Contribute to marketing ideas ensuring timely online execution of each initiative.
Assist in looking out for site errors both on mobile and desktop.
Monitor and report website analytics (visits, revenue, page views, click through, conversions etc.) with a focus on increasing traffic/brand awareness.
Coordinate digital advertising (IG and Goggle), affiliate (ShareaSale), uploading images and liaising with partners.
Analyze e-commerce sell-out reports to adjust and localize website merchandising.
Manage relationship with Developer, constantly updating and improving UX.
Crop and resize images to the required specifications for print and digital use.
Design weekly newsletters and IG stories templates.
Oversee customer service via email, phone and showroom appointments. Ensure impeccable customer experience.
Supervise and contribute to orders fulfillment and inventory management when needed.
Streamline site operations, site inventory management and logistics.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
2+ years experience managing a growing and successful e-commerce business
Creative thinker who is highly organized, detail oriented and focused
Graphic design skills and good use of Adobe Creative Suite
Passionate about digital technologies
Ability translating data into actionable and achievable initiatives
Proficiency with Shopify, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising Platform
Experience and understanding of the luxury consumer space
Appreciation of the GRAY MATTERS brand and its aesthetic and sensibility
Strong and clear communication skills (written, verbal)
Self starter, motivated and entrepreneurial
