Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the digital marketing and communications strategy to drive brand exposure, awareness and sales.
- Responsible for all online marketing initiatives including and not limited to SEO, CRM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online analytics, paid search, paid social media and display advertising.
- Responsible for all enhancement and maintenance tasks of site.
- Ensure online sales and product placement are incorporated into the digital marketing and communication plans to support sales.
- Work with the buying team to ensure product drops are reflected on the digital channels.
- Responsible for e-commerce and digital marketing P&L.
- Analyse and understand the online user journey, and identify opportunities to improve the online user experience and conversion rate optimisation best practices
- Build a CRM strategy to improve customer retention and LTV
- Plan, execute and optimise paid social and search campaigns to increase qualified traffic and deliver strong ROAS
- Manage partnerships with third party providers, including website developers
- Implement tactics to grow database size and customer reach.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on online business and digital marketing performance.
- Spot market and growth opportunities to achieve profit targets.
- Work with the creative team on writing and optimising content for social media e.g. Instagram and Facebook and managing the social calendar across all channels.
- Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to support customer acquisition, in line with brand positioning.
