The successful candidate will join the NAMES team based in its East London headquarters.

Key duties

  • Providing communication support with wholesale partners in a timely manner
  • Delivering a high level of customer service through e-mail, phone and live-chat
  • Assisting the sales team to input, amend and process sales orders
  • Assisting with maintenance and updates of the Magento wholesale portal, including both front and back end (daily operations, order management, product uploads, web design, visual assets and more)
  • Dealing with sample requests from wholesale partners for orders, e-commerce and general marketing content
  • Research and monitor the market to discover new potential partners
  • Building and maintaining the client network by engaging and fostering relationships
  • Handle general requests from clients such as product information, brand images, products’ images and content, shipping documentations
  • Assisting the sales team with more general administration tasks
  • Sending official communications to clients regarding deliveries, out of stock products, new launches and general day to day information
  • Monitor online stores to make sure our brands are well represented (images, visual merchandising, RRP)
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the NAMES website and wholesale portal to improve user experience
  • Assisting with digital marketing, including newsletters and visual assets
  • Store visits and brand trainings

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Key interest in the luxury retail sector, digital marketing and business operations
  • Computer literate with mac experience
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer support role is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritise work on a daily basis
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Strong organisational skills working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive mindset and a creative thinker
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Shopify experience and languages a plus
