Job Description:

The DigitalMarketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering growth and scale in our consumer facing social media channels. This role will be accountable for not only improving the in platform engagement & click out performance KPIs of existing handles on IG, but also be responsible for standing up additional social media channels. We're looking for someone with past experience and passion for social media marketing & user engagement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with LTK and Marketing teams to develop and execute our annual/quarterly social media marketing plans in order to support our customer acquisition/retention goals and the GM's business objectives. This position requires a candidate with hands-on past experience in social media marketing with a blend of execution & strategy mindset across the core social media platforms.
  • Own & operate LTK's organic social channels in close collaboration with other team members on social media & cross brand/BU.
  • Focus on growth and expansion of social channel reach on new platforms.
  • Develop clear strategies and priorities for social channel efforts, including top & bottom funnel campaigns, placement objectives, and ongoing imagery/caption testing.
  • Own a social content calendar & aligned posting schedule to capitalize on real time consumer shopping themes/campaigns, news jacking & cultural events, brand & influencer partnerships & features, etc.
  • Work with Influencer community team, Brand partnerships team, & creative support teams to bring social media campaigns to life - from concept to execution for feeds and stories both static & video formats.
  • Creativity around marketplace story-telling - whether from our influencer community or tied to brand mission/purpose objectives, overall excitement to share the LTK brand & story with new & existing consumers.
  • Work alongside the social media team on seasonal merchandising & curation bursts, shopping trends, themes & campaigns with an awareness to integrated, cross channel marketing planning & synergy.
  • Maintain regular upfront cross-platform reporting to measure engagement & click out KPIs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 3-5 years experience directly managing social media channels at a growth ecommerce/DTC/Retail organization
  • Past experience with hands-on management across the following social media platforms is required: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter. Some experience with Tiktok is preferred.
  • Past experience leading social media community management is also required.
  • Past experience writing social captions with awareness to brand guidelines, tone, larger social universe is required.
  • Looking for a Data driven social media & marketing approach/mindset. Someone who is reporting/metrics hungry to action & ideate upcoming campaigns.
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded and team player with an internal drive to hit goals and deadlines. Must be very comfortable with shifting opportunities and priorities.
  • Be scrappy and self-directed - you'll have to be the roll-up-your sleeves type and work autonomously. Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Drives innovation and backs decisions with data, analytics and testing mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills.
  • A "can-do" attitude, proactive, curious are absolute musts
