Content and Web Production Manager
The Content and Web Production Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining Coach web content across 5 European sites, through the Salesforce/Demandware platform, with seamless collaboration with cross-functional global teams in order to deliver time-critical production updates to the constantly changing E-business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain activity calendar to map out planned updates to 5 European websites, taking account of market nuances (e.g. Mother's Day / Sale).
- Plan and manage updates for home page, category banners, menu banners, PLP banners and other site wide content across 5 European websites, taking account of market nuances.
- Upload content, imagery and (non-product) copy to the European websites.
- Update pricebooks for product uploads
- Co-ordinate onsite execution of marketing campaigns including setting up pages for brand marketing and competitions.
- Helping the trade team with the setup of promotions, campaigns, customer groups
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues/ errors. Escalate website performance issues to Web support team in NA for diagnosis and resolution.
- Colloborate with agencies to plan, test and develop site pops ups to drive new customer sign ups.
- Support the trade team in setting up of search driven redirects
- Management of all content localization and translations requirements (currently 4 languages), owning the translations budget for each region.
- Maintain and regularly update policy information including service messages.
- Check that all content added to the website adheres to SEO guidelines.
- Maintain and update all other site content, edit T&Cs, store hours, no-results links and other text including service messages such as customer care pages.
- Promote new template initiatives to improve efficiency, UX and conversion.
- Generate or set up free-form HTML landing pages, product listing based landing pages to support marketing and trade activities.
- A/B test alternative landing journeys.
- Management of all content localization and translations requirements (currently 4 languages)
- Partner with IT support to optimse images for site speed performance.
- Support the ecommerce team in testing all new code releases on staging and production sites.

Skills
- Must have 3+ years of experience in web development and updating digital content on e-Commerce platforms.
- Strong web technical skills
- Experience working with Salesforce Demandware content management system, old and new versions
- Utilize technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make updates on Coach brand websites and focus on cross-browser compatibility and support for mobile devices
- Experience in using Web Design Tools (Adobe Creative Suit)
- Possess strong leadership skills with a proven ability to problem solve efficiently, gracefully and proactively
- The ability to meet critical deadlines and work under pressure
- A proven ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work effectively/collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and team; the ability to lead, manage, inspire and empower any future direct reports
- Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial but not essential
- Understanding of digital technology as well as different market nuances
- Design sensitivity/brand creative guidelines
