As a Knowledge Management Lead for our SFN team, youwill lead the team that designs, builds, curates and delivers learning solutions and knowledge resources for different internal audiences. Working in partnership with teams such as Operations, Support, Revenue, RnD you will manage a range of training and enablement programs for internal audiences to ensure the right people, have the right knowledge and skills, at the right time to be successful in their roles. This includessupporting the achievement of our collective goals and that learning programs meet our high standards for quality and learner engagement.

Programs may include org onboarding, team specific onboarding, sales enablement, leadership development, ongoing learning opportunities or skill development.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end design and delivery of training content, learning experiences and enablement programs for internal audiences
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on priorities, collaborate on training and enablement initiatives, and communicate the long-term plan and ongoing progress
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the people on their teams' have the right knowledge and skills, at the right time to be successful in their roles and to support achievement of our collective goals.
  • Support internal story-tellng through various channels - optimized for our digital by design way of work
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative reporting measures that provide continued insight into the demand for and effectiveness of learning programs, and consistently deliver relevant insights to stakeholders.
  • Enable a culture of creativity, bias for action and passion for providing exceptional customer experience
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences with content and programs that are scalable, and measurable.
  • Take on learning design, program management and facilitation duties as needed


Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated track record of building and delivering training or enablement content, strategy, and being able to influence buy-in in a fast paced environment
  • Previous leader of high performance training or enablement teams
  • A knack for creative problem solving and working independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience implementing learning and assessment strategies for a corporate environment where learner time and role relevance are valued over academic integrity
  • Experience using e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems and creating online instructional content
  • Familiarity with best practices for learning program design, delivery and management across instructor-led training, eLearning and blended learning models.
  • Experience and comfort in working cross-functionally to produce and deliver learning programs, partnering with different teams and individual contributors within a large corporate setting to get things done.
  • Strategic mindset that can quickly identify assumptions, benefits and risks related to impact, longevity, scalability
  • The ability to thrive in an environment where experimentation is encouraged and you are confident in creating, executing and championing those experiments
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, and presentation). We are looking for someone who can champion the team to write and produce engaging learning experiences that are scalable and measurable
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze stakeholder requests to distinguish how processes, systems, skills, communication, and change management factor into a learning program
