Miinto is a leading e-commerce platform in fashion operating across Europe.

Right now, we are going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan, in 2020 we successfully launched 6 new markets and increased the size of our Customer Care Team significantly. Therefore we need a talented Team Manager, who can take ownership of providing our Customer Care Team Leaders with the right support in order for them and their team teams, to reach their OKRs and KPIs, as well as motivate their agents to deliver excellent service, ensuring our customers are left with an amazing customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Live and breathe the Miinto Customer Care mission and values
  • Motivate team members to deliver excellent service
  • Be a visible and present leader
  • Develop the Customer Care Team Leaders (lead the leader)
  • Ensure Team leaders are getting sufficient support and motivation to reach our KPI’s and OKRs
  • Being in charge of TL Meetings
  • Make decisions and take ownership, based on Team Lead/Team daily feedback
  • Manage and grow out a team of eight Team leaders, responsible for approx 100 agents
  • Ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for

  • Strong visionary of exceptional and outstanding customer service
  • Proven experience within Team Management in large teams
  • Experience within project management
  • Experience in call center environment
  • Capable of creating a motivating environment
  • Proactive in taking initiative and delegate tasks
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
  • Capable of taking decisions
  • Strong communicator and capable of addressing and solving conflict
  • Experience in building up a new Team/Project is a plus
