Associate Manager, Product Development - Chico's Fashion Accessories - 11215 Metro Pkwy

This position is responsible for assisting in developing product for assigned categories to meet merchants buy needs seasonally. Works under the direction of the Product Development leadership team to manage sample development process and own execution of development.

Functional Responsibilities

· Assists Product Development team with execution of on order details, communicating needed information to internal cross functional teams and external partners via meetings and email.

· Develops product under the direction of the product development leader for assigned category.

· Prepares and reviews any daily submits with Product Manager and communicate to internal and external partners.

· Updates and Maintains accurate on order Flex PLM information for assigned category.

· Creates and maintains accurate on order files .

· Assists merchants and design in Final buy prep by filling sketches for top 25 items to show color and print impression.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years' experience in product development
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Exposure to PDM or Comparable Software
• Experience with Fit Sessions, Fabric Development, Finishes and Construction Details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
