Jr Digital Marketplace Specialist
Our Ecommerce and DTC team is growing and we’re looking for a new Junior Digital Marketplace Specialist. Reporting to the Head of the team, you will be responsible on managing the marketplaces strategy for the brand and will play a key role in supporting the Ecommerce strategy of La DoubleJ.
What you'll do:
- Marketplaces account management – Serve as point of contact for any inquiries by the marketplace partner and the brand and liaise with internal logistic team to ensure that orders and returns are timely processed.
- Marketplaces workflow maintenance – liaising with internal IT team to ensure the workflow is working properly and suggest any improvements.
- Marketplaces catalogue management – upload new collections and arrange product shipment for shooting as well as updating product information and price book on daily basis for different marketplaces (e.g. Farfetch, 24s)
- Responsible for researching and managing a new marketplace channel opening – Search for a new potential marketplace partner and liaising with the operation team for the implementation from tech brief drafting to final pre-launch testing and partner onboarding.
- Liaising with merchandising team for marketplaces product selection – to guarantee product availability and new collection launch timeline.
- Managing campaign activations on different Marketplaces – support contract finalization on all marketplace partnerships and liaise with marketing team for further support on materials.
- Analyse, share, and react to relevant key performance indicators of the marketplace on a weekly and monthly basis versus budget, perform ad-hoc analysis
- E-commerce team support – to perform analysis across team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in the e-commerce / e-merchandising and passionate about fashion, design, luxury and digital
- Previous experience in marketplace account management is a plus;
- Knowledge and able to use Farfetch Sales and STORM Farfetch Platform could be a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach
- Exceptional attention to detail, reliably proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent time management and follow up skills
- Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniority, at all levels of seniority
