Position Overview

*Role based in Central region
* The Manager of Media and Digital Marketing for the Central region will be an important member of the North America Media and Digital Marketing team by actively supporting the development and implementation of a holistic digital media and marketing strategy in the Central region. This individual will be pivotal in identifying important opportunities in the region for the brand, our customers, and our experience. The role is integral to working with the greater team on ensuring the optimal targeted media and digital marketing mix for all brands in the RL portfolio, with a focus on business and customer targets that our media and marketing efforts need to fulfill.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Key stakeholder in strategic discussions on regional strategies, acting as a regional expert for key engagement partners across media and digital marketing; must possess and maintain a strong pulse on the cultural scene within the region.
* Develop 360 regional media and digital marketing strategies for corporate campaign initiatives, ranging from global campaigns to regional-specific initiatives.
* Close partnership with regional counterparts across Customer Intelligence, Events, Partnership Marketing, etc, with this role acting as the backbone to bringing full campaigns to life across all media and digital marketing touchpoints.
* Develop a framework for regional media and digital marketing measurement and insights, in partnership with Media and Digital Marketing leadership and agency teams.
* Provide detailed media and digital marketing reporting on a regular basis, for business reporting and larger campaign wrap reporting; actively utilize insights for optimization and recommendations.
* Manage creative briefs for all regional media and digital marketing needs - ranging from multi-touch media campaigns, to geo-targeted emails, mobile messages, etc.
* Actively manage the deliverables and day-to-day relationship with our media agencies for successful regional executions.
* Manage regional influencer partnerships and activations, ranging from deliverables of the Influencer Collective, to incremental influencer activations within the region for multiple brands - actively partnered on with our Digital Partnerships team and our media agency.
* Responsible for providing regional creative acumen to asset briefs, creative evaluations, and post-flight creative performance.
* Provide support across budget and forecast management across relevant channels, measuring back to business goals and performance Develop strong cross-functional partnerships, within regional marketing unit, NA Media and Digital Marketing team, and amongst wider corporate partners.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Bachelor's Degree required, with a background in marketing or consumer behavior preferred
* Previous experience with media, digital marketing, or campaign management in the retail industry or with an agency, a plus
* Past e-commerce experience a plus
* Full competency and understanding across all media channels and digital marketing channels, with the ability to evaluate plans against strategy, as well as efficiency/strength
* Strong understanding of digital targeting and segmentation strategies and capabilities
* Understanding of the media landscape and consumer behavior
* Knowledge of email marketing, inclusive of email calendar planning, strategies, and technology
* Strong understanding of the RL portfolio of brands
* Strong market knowledge of the Central region, inclusive of key cities for the company
* Must possess and maintain a very strong pulse on the cultural scene - emerging, new, up and coming, must-know, must-see topics/partners that are creating buzz within the Central region
* Ability to derive analytical insights and recommendations from multiple data sets
* Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills required
* Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong Excel, Powerpoint (and/or Keynote) skills, with an eye for visual data storytelling
* Previous experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA360, etc)
* Must be comfortable embracing self-sufficiency and flexibility, with the ability to adapt easily to changing situations
