Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Graphic Designer who has more than 3 years experience in luxury fashion to join our team.

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing all the company’s graphics, from digital to printed materials. Also responsible for all the graphics being in line with the Brand Guidelines and at a high luxury level.

The right candidate will be someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous at least 3 years experience working as Graphic Designer in fashion luxury industry
  • You will be creative and passionate about graphic design with an organised and time sensitive approach to your work.
  • The ability to produce creative material to sometimes short deadlines is essential. 
  • An up to date portfolio will be essential for any graphic design roles you apply for.
  • Experience and advanced knowledge in Adobe package such as InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Bridge, Lightroom.
  • Knowledge of Office Package, such as Powerpoint and Excel.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities of the Senior Graphic Designer are:

  • Supporting the marketing, sales, press, digital and production team with any graphic design requirements.
  • Designing and approving all the company’s graphics including all sales, marketing, digital, press and branded materials.
  • Working alongside sales, digital, marketing, press and production teams to develop point of sales materials, packaging and adverts, social media assets, adverts, promotional assets.
  • Taking down design briefs and translating these into creative but practical branded materials.
  • Working alongside Creative Director to develop major/special projects, pre-season campaign and assets.
  • Assisting on campaign shoots, elevated e-commerce shooting and during events, creating footage (photos and vidos) and develop assets post production
  • Liasing with photographers and videographers during campaign shootings
  • Responsible for creating assets for the RM website and RM social channles, such as GIFs, video editing or 2d animation
  • Responsible for managing  the Junior Graphic Designers work loads, making sure all the assets created are correct and make sure deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the Brand Guidelines.
  • Managing artworks to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the company’s materials, as well as external companies.
  • Overviewing any digital assets for RM website, marketing email, banner adverts (make sure everything is in line with the brand guidelines)
  • Overviewing any extra visual receive from external wholesale partners or suppliers (checking e-vites or banners are in line with our brand guidelines).
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding production of materials ensuring these are taking into consideration with internal deadlines.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
