The Officer, Talent Acquisition & Engagement role will work with the hiring managers to identify, explore, and implement suitable resourcing channels, processes, and assessment for retail recruitment in mainland China.


  • Responsible for retail recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to offer stage and beyond
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and understand selection criteria to source for right talents
  • Initiate and advise new ideas to build a talent pool for the retail industry
  • Work closely with recruitment agencies/RPO vendors to deliver recruitment strategies
  • Evaluate the application and effectiveness of the recruitment channel
  • Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request
  • Keep updated on the talent market trend and insights
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor regarding campus recruitment initiatives in mainland China
  • Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/ and HR projects as assigned

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of three years' relevant HR experience gained in a sizeable organization with proven experience in high volume recruitment
  • Ability to understand the business and its drivers for success
  • Detailed-minded, multi-tasked, independent, and well-organized, able to integrate into a work culture of speed and agility
  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
