- Create website banners, images and headers: using Photoshop to create aesthetically pleasing visuals to help our products shine

- Prepare, write and post regular blog posts, both optimised for SEO and to keep our journal fresh

- Check through the website regularly to make sure it's working correctly and updating links and content to fix problems where possible

- Use SEO tools such as SEM Rush to figure out how to optimise descriptions, URLs, blogs etc

- Develop our SEO backlinks

- Work on Google Tag Manager to update and create schema

- Work on CRO through Justuno campaigns, homepage optimisation, blog articles and wesbite navigation

- Analyse and improve website enhancements by regularly checking reports on Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Klaviyo, Justuno

- Process and ship all orders we receive from our website and other sales channels

- Provide exceptional customer service on all of our platforms

As the Digital Marketing Assistant, we expect you to have the following:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- 1 to 3 years experience at a digital marketing agency working on SEO etc

- Knowledge of the google applications

- Experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform

- Strong connection with our brand identity

- Procative and 'can do' attitude

- Willingness to engage with a diverse range of work and projects

For this role, we expect to work full time in the office in Central London once the government allows it.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm.
