Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant

KHOEO is looking for a detail-oriented assistant who is interested in developing their career in ecommerce and fashion. This new and exciting role will see the chosen candidate is integrated into all aspects of running a successful ecommerce retail platform – from inception to execution. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Contribute to content ideation and design ideas for all digital and social channels from concept to execution

 Brainstorm and execute promotional and customer engagement initiatives 

·         Assist team with web content updates and seasonal collection uploads

·         Assist Brand/Social Media team on all creative content ideation, calendar updates, execution

·         Assist in organising the marketing assets and ecommerce storage ensuring easy navigation and stock accuracy

·         Contribute to photo shoot coordination

·         Research influencers across geographies

·         Monitor website content accuracy: pricing, images, copy, links, merchandising, etc.

·         Research and review online marketplace activity and report on relevant initiatives

·         Maintain key reports with KPIs and other metrics to measure performance

·         General brand management and office admin

REQUIREMENTS

·         Senior Level Student/Graduate or Entry Level

·         Proactive and organised, willing to learn new skills

·         Excellent organisational skills are essential 

·         Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask

·         Shows initiative and appreciates the diverse and rich exposure offered by a small business and start-up

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team player with a collaborative mindset

·         Solutions focused approach

·         Passionate about branding and storytelling

·         Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite an asset

·         Minimum 3-month commitment, full time

·         Knowledge of Shopify a plus
