As a member of the HR Shared Services Team you will be required to support the business by
providing a professional and accurate HR service by assisting the HRM and People Services team. This is a FTC - up to 6 months.

About the role
As a member of the HR Shared Services Team you will be required to support the business by
providing a professional and accurate HR service by assisting the HRM and People Services team. This is a FTC - up to 6 months.
What you'll do
Provide HR administration and advisory support relating to key business transformational programmes, as follows:
Create and manage employee reports and trackers
Provide and issue appropriate letters, as required
Partner with Payroll team to provide accurate data, e.g. maternity, holidays, redundancy
Respond to adhoc employee data queries quickly as they arise e.g. maternity, service dates, company cars, etc
Support HR business partners in relation to organisational change
Ensure record keeping is managed both manual or electronic as per requirements
Action post termination admin, e.g. employment references, appeals
Check and provide required employee inforamtion, e.g. HRIS (PeopleSoft), Electronic Personnel Files (PeopleDocs)
Update HRIS with any required employee changes, e.g. contracted hours
Electronically upload people related files
Prepare/provide timely documentation to the relevant managers and stakeholders
Partner with cross functional teams, as required
Ensure that all transformational activities are effectively executed in line with best practice, HR policies and employment law
Who you are
Previous experience in
a HR Admin role with advisory reposnsibilities
Experience of managing high volume administration
Advanced/Intermediate knowledge of Word (mail-merge), PDF and Excel
Good knowledge of HRIS, e.g. PeopleSoft
Previous experience of getting involved in large-scale transformational projectsestructures/closures
Able to build good rapport with stakeholders/partners
Experienced in HR policies and procedures/employment law
Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Be studying towards or CIPD qualified is desirable
