Job Details

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to manage accounts globally. Our wholesale business is growing quickly so there is the potential for progression as well as worldwide travel. Reporting into the Wholesale Director you will have full autonomy over your accounts; defining the strategy and executing it to ensure continued growth. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the key accounts with a growth focus to achieve fiscal targets whilst driving exposure

Global sales strategy for key accounts

  • Define short and long-term plans to achieve the commercial objectives of the business in line with sales targets 
  • Existing accounts: assess and summarize action points of how we can grow with existing accounts 
  • New accounts: distribution plan of hit list of new accounts with timeline

Commercial acumen

  • Ensure clients’ terms are fully understood (including impact on our business) and ask for help when needed  
  • Negotiate with existing and potential clients the best terms for the business with maximizing profitability in mind in every interaction

Working with clients 

  • End-to-end sales process: organising sales appointment and trade shows (London/Paris/New York/Miami), appointment follow up, supporting clients with order queries through to trading once the products are in stores
  • Winning new clients: identify and approach new clients, negotiate terms and onboard

New processes with key accounts

  • Thinking strategically how we can grow the business with each account based on their needs through product and ways of working 
  • Come up with innovative solutions to issues faced with clients – to drive the width and depth of the buys 

Create excitement at accounts and for the brand in the marketplace 

  • Implement plan per season with each client to drive exposure through their channels – including working with marketing internally 
  • Agree and execute exclusive collaborations with key clients from design stage through to delivery 
  • Execution of pop ups: working with clients on requirements and measurements of the space, image requirements, working internally with marketing on design concept through to organising install

Lead and develop

  • Day to day management and development of Senior Wholesale Executive and Wholesale Executive
  • Working closely with in-store teams of wholesale clients on training and VM needs, ensuring all product is out on the shop floor and building relationships to maximize space and prominence on the floor and identify trading opportunities
