Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This is a permanent role on full time basis, with option for remote working dependent on location.

The ideal candidate is a paid marketing specialist, who has experience in SEA/PPC, SLA, paid social and affiliate marketing. We are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and quickly add value to our team.

THE ROLE:

• Ensure our paid marketing investment and channel diversification aligns with business critical

priorities

• Work with our paid marketing partners and proactively provide insights on performance and

optimisation recommendations on an ongoing basis

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead of the game, including updates to paid digital marketing and attribution
• Creating compelling ad copy for all platforms and briefing translations for our key markets
• Attend weekly meetings with paid marketing partners
• Liaise with Buying, Merchandising and Content teams to build out campaign briefs for our Marketing agencies
• Report weekly and monthly on paid marketing activity, providing recommendations for opportunities across campaign structuring, targeting and investment by country
• Monitor and maintain product feed with external agencies, highlighting opportunities for further

THE PERSON:

• 1-3 years’ experience in paid advertising
• Extensive knowledge of  Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram
• Budget Management experience
• Strategic thinking is a must!
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills
• Passionate, positive and organised
