We are currently looking for a Mac OS Support Technician / Engineer to join us on a 5-month fixed term basis to partner with our Creative Media teams in setting up an IT design for upcoming initiatives and events, ensuring all IT hardware, software and support requirements are captured and delivered on while leading projects to improve the overall IT Systems.

This is an onsite role and will require you to be in our offices in London (Horseferry House).


  • Technical lead to provide expertise through challenging incidents and service requests.
  • Deliver effective processes to cover gaps in service/support.
  • Act as point of escalation and help support teams deliver a great service.
  • Technical lead on delivery of key IT projects for Creative Media teams.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and training is available for support teams.
  • Help translate business requirements in work which can be delivered by the support teams.


Essential experience, skills, behaviour:
  • Proven experience of supporting Creative Media teams with 3D/Render Farm.
  • Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, preferably also Davinci Resolve, Nuke.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS (troubleshooting hardware and software issues), Windows Server environments, Active Directory and global networking.
  • Organised, able to multi task and problem solve while working with pace.
  • Availability to work longer working hours required during the peak (show) period.
