The Sr. Manager, Marketing role is integral for the growth and presence of Faherty Brand. The position will manage and promote all public relations and communication efforts for the company, with development and implementation of global communication strategies to support programs and initiatives aligned with business targets, image goals, and product launches across omni-channel. This role will include a strong day-to-day collaboration with Executives and VP, Marketing in order to craft an integrated strategy for marketing and communications in this fast-evolving sector of luxury retail.

 

Responsible for:

  • Develop cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy and idea generation based on customer insights, business priorities and market trends
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Founders and Marketing Lead to ensure alignment between marketing efforts, e-commerce and the social calendar 
  • Ensure consistent customer experience across all marketing touchpoints
  • Lead in store marketing efforts and manage partnerships with local advertisers
  • Balance branding and ROI-generating activations. Implement opportunities that will grow the business /generate incremental revenue while enhancing brand positioning 
  • Direct oversight of print marketing which includes, but is not limited to, the catalog and direct mail
  • Partner with Growth Marketing team to craft compelling visual narratives for paid social
  • Survey industry trends and competitor tactics
  • Align marketing strategy and PR plans as well as calendar
  • Evaluate and optimize triggered emails to customers and define business logic behind customization, campaign prioritization, cadence strategy, etc.
  • Identify and research trends in marketing technology and methods 
  • Continuously update team on new capabilities to enhance Faherty’s marketing stack
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

 

Must have qualifications include:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with a lifestyle brand
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field required
  • Must have a proven track record in successfully launching new campaigns and executing innovative marketing plans
  • Customer focused decision maker with a strong understanding of print, social and digital marketing
  • Stays current with evolving technology and market trends
  • Team player with a drive for success
  • Self-motivated and passionate
  • Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasker and deadline manager
  • Ability to self-direct and prioritize many tasks
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
