Primary Purpose:This person will ideate, develop and create primarily in-store creative assets for both the Coach retail and outlet channels.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to...

- Design in-store takeover wall wraps, cube wraps, wall bays and window vinyls/clings, working closely alongside 3D designers, concept and campaign teams.
- Partner with Creative lead, Art Directors, Project Managers, Motion Designers and 3D designers on day-to-day creative updates.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and the development and execution of those ideas (i.e.: new product launches, shopping experiences, marketing campaigns, etc).
- Develop and mockup animation and motion storyboards for in-store video screens, partner closely with motion designer to provide feedback and finalize assets.
- Present work to stakeholders at creative reviews.
The accomplished individual will possess...

- Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
- A refined taste level with expert design, color and typography skills.
- Strong understanding of visual experience design.
- Ability to take direction from Art Directors and provide multiple solutions.
- Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction.
- Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines and follow through.
- Ability to think outside the box and have an awareness of design trends.
- Extremely detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with positive "can-do" attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- An understanding of customer priorities and ability to strive to exceed expectations.
- 2+ years' experience in similar role.

An outstanding professional will have...

- BFA / BA in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or related field.
- Drawing/Illustration/Collage/Pattern design skills a plus.
- Motion experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of sketch up is a plus.
- 5+ years' experience in a related field.
- Experience working for a retail/fashion brand or ad agency is a plus.
