West Coast Studio Manager & Executive Assistant: Job Description

The West Coast Studio Manager & Executive Assistant will be the main point of contact for the Rosetta Getty Los Angeles studio and provide support for all administrative needs of the CEO & Owner of the brand. This position requires a high level of discretion and an ability to work effectively at various levels across the organization.

Responsibilities

Studio Manager

  • Open and Close Studio and manage daily operations.
  • Track and reconcile all retail inventory including ready to wear, accessories and gift studio items.
  • Maintain relationships with VIP clients and friends of the brand by providing seasonal support with order placement and management, styling services, and customer service.
  • Preparation of meetings and events - both in and outside of the office.
  • Participation in seasonal markets, press days and showroom organization.
  • Partner with NY team to fulfill E-commerce orders in a timely manner and proactively report on additional inventory needs.
  • Be in direct communication with all members of the Los Angeles and New York teams.

Executive Assistant

  • Maintain calendar for the CEO & Owner prioritizing appointments and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts throughout the day to ensure attendance and punctuality at meetings.
  • Manage the needs of the team, prioritizing what is important and urgent.
  • Respond to phone, email and in-person inquiries - providing general information and directing inquiries to correct source or point of contact.
  • Work closely with the other assistants, house staff, and security as needed.
  • Work on special projects which may include product development, sourcing, and presentation creation.
  • Ad hoc personal requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience.
  • Luxury retail experience highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Must have a customer service orientation.
  • Professional and personal high level organization skills.
  • Trustworthiness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills, strong attention to detail, strong writing skills, problem - solver, demonstrated ability to interact with Senior Management.
  • A high sense of urgency, timeliness and follow-through.
