Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Customer Care Project Manager in our Paris office.

About the role

You will be a part of Customer Care (CC) Innovation team and will be working across all countries on different Customer-Care-facing-challenges. Two main topics you will be involved in:

Make innovation the core of our service
  • Lead in technology driven innovative improvements to customer service experience and automation to drive operational efficiencies:
    • Find the best / most efficient tools that connect CC innovation strategies to operational excellence
    • Develop proactive services to reduce contact rate and offer a "waouh" effect
    • Be the reference of service best practices

Carry our customers' voice to the company
  • Identify and quantify all our customer feedbacks and pain points and share proactively to relevant departments in order to decrease friction through out the customer experience
  • Escalate the frequent horror stories our customers face when using the service

Who you are
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in customer service or project management, preferably in fast growing environment
  • Highly results-oriented and analytical (SQL is a plus)
  • Team player and great project management skills
  • Fluent in English (another European language is a plus)
