What You’ll Do

The Brand Partnerships Associate will be an integral support role for the Brand Partnerships and Ad Sales group. This candidate should be enthusiastic, exceptionally organized, comfortable with multi-tasking to ensure that the Brand Partnerships sales team can operate to their ultimate potential. This candidate will need to be a quick learner with a self-starter approach. This position is ideal for someone with continued interest in media sales and marketing. This role directly reports to the Director, Brand Partnerships.

In this role, you will……

  • Support the team with drafting, designing, and preparing proposals for client pitches – also including media kits, editorial credits, and program recaps
  • Client facing activities including responding to emails, joining calls, and answering questions
  • Own advertising operations including loading creatives, optimizing for performance, and reporting to clients/agencies, to ensure all campaigns deliver in full and on time. Manage all advertising invoicing (for advertising insertion orders, custom content, commissioning, etc.) effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manage HODINKEE magazine distribution plan and subscriber comp list
  • Support on ad ops for key campaigns
  • Establish streamlined processes where ones may not currently exist
  • Support team with production related tasks

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 year working in media or a consumer brand
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides
  • Design experience is a plus
  • Job is based in New York
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
