Director of Marketing
The Last Line is looking for an experienced and innovative Director of Marketing to join our Team. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving The Last Line’s brand forward and propelling our growth. Reporting to the Founders, the Director of Marketing will play an integral role in building growth and go-to market plans. This person will work cross-functionally and collaborate across all teams.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute a top-of-the-line paid and organic marketing strategy to optimize acquisition and retention of high-value, long-term customers.
Be a steward of the brand and ensure that the brand is appropriately conveyed across all touch points.
Manage and own budget and spend against cross-functional our calendar to drive activations, events, holidays, product launches and retail.
Develop and execute appropriate media mix and strategy.
Develop digital and paid social media campaigns that amplify our messages and drive loyalty and conversion.
Work with all cross-functional stakeholders on go-to-market strategies.
Own and manage the global brand marketing calendar.
Optimize all owned and organic channels - email, content strategy, social media, and SEO.
Measure performance.
Partner with all key players to build brand awareness partnerships.
Be aware of media and competitive trends.
Manage marketing and brand agency relationships and contracts.
Requirements:
8+ years experience working in marketing or brand management
Luxury market experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred
Experience managing media landscape and media buying
Experience building and managing a growing team
Recent Senior Marketing experience for a fast-growing omni-channel consumer brand.
Experience with both brand and performance marketing strategies.
