Job Details
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candicate to flourish in a high paced customer service role. The candidate should be a polite, customer focused, energetic individual with excellent drive and attention to detail. The business is growing at a rapid pace and as such the successful applicant will be encouraged to suggest and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Timely management of all customer enquiries.
- Repling to some social media enqueries.
- Reporting on daily performance.
- Ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times.
- Taking an active part in identifying and resolving any challenges.
- Willingness to support other parts of the order fulfillment function.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven comparable experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages would be considered a positive.
- Computer literate, Word, XL, Email and main Social Media applications.
- Punctual, polite and comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
- Solution orientated.
- Confident and calm under pressure
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
