IT Project Manager (12 month FTC)

JOB PURPOSE

This is an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract for an IT Project Manager who will be a determined, agile, uber organised and engaging leader to lead a multi workstreamed Global Service transformation, with the goal to ensuring delivery of all milestones to time and to high quality.

Key to this role, is the ensure we have a robust plan which is agreed, debated and shared with internal teams, our partner and shared with multiple executive project stakeholders, internally and across global commercial leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver project on time, quality and on budget.
• Mange and track all of the deliverables and key milestones.
• Own the Plan, Management of Risks and Reporting to all the stakeholders.
• Run project governance, lead the delivery meetings and steercos.
• Managing the day-to-day relationship with key senior stakeholders.
• Manage a wide stakeholder community, from C level and across all levels of the business.
• Manage a project coordinator, who's role is to enable the PM to succeed.

• Successful delivery Project / Programme management.
• Successful delivery of Service transformations.
• Good knowledge of IT and ITIL concepts.
• Successfully of delivery through Global partners.
• Uber organised with all milestone tracked and delivered.
• Great communication skills with project team, steerco, regional leaders and 3rd parties.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate complicated issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to lead steerco's with C-Level audience.
• Thinks customer and thinks customer as part of the deliver plan.
